I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! Their opinion held the most weight and was quite honest in their recommendations. When work was scheduled showed right up on time. Sent pictures of their work and called to answer any questions. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! "The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.

Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"This is the first review I have ever submitted for a contractor. However, when a company offers this outstanding level of service they have more than earned a five star rating! After a severe windstorm damaged my roof, I called my insurance company and then researched / contacted several roofers in my area. As a result of so much damage most roofing companies were extremely busy. Walter Brown was the only one who had their staff working diligently to take calls, and somehow managed to fit me into their schedule even though they were inundated with emergency work. Two workers arrived as the rain started and tarped the damaged areas. Everyone at Walter Brown consistently replied to my emails and continued to stay in touch with me as we worked through the color selection and scheduling of replacing my roof. I researched brands of shingles before John Cisna came to my house to discuss the brand that they install. Finding out that they install the brand that I had found was the highest rated brand on the market confirmed that they had high standards both in the products they use as well as in the quality of work that they do. The crew who did the job was absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, and meticulous in making sure every detail of the roof was perfect. They completed the job in one day, and the young gentleman who went through the inspection checklist with me was thorough, and made sure that every detail was addressed to my satisfaction.
