"I was given a 2 hour window for when my technician Kyle would show up. Kyle came on the earlier side of the timeframe. He was able to get my garbage disposal removed and installed the new one. He was professional and told me about the warranty and answered any questions I had about the appliance or the service. The one thing that I appreciated about the service from Mr. Appliance is that when they texted/emailed me to confirm my appointment they also sent a picture of the technician that would be performing the service, this made me very at ease knowing who would be arriving to perform the service."

I am not a handyman.. I do not do handyman or “do-it-yourself” construction activities or quality of any kind, unless you want to pay a pro for handyman repairs… my time and recommendations are extremely experienced, well versed, insured, and valuable.. phone consultations are free.. job site visits outside of anchorage are refundable $55 fee if you contract me.. local site visits are free, unless your project requires extensive planning or permitting.. Since its inception Anchorage Plumbing and Heating has been a leader in the plumbing and heating service industry. Serving the Anchorage Bowl since 1989 our staff of highly trained and licensed technicians pride themselves on delivering the highest quality plumbing and heating service available. We have grown every year and now stand alone as the largest plumbing and heating service company in the Anchorage Bowl. We attribute this growth to a simple but tried and true premise that building customer trust comes from Honesty and Fairness. Not from saying you're honest and fair, but from years of conducting business in a way that shows that we care about our customers and would never compromise that trust.
"Not trustworthy nor reputable to say the least. Long story short: They were called to fix a leaky faucet in shower at my elderly parents' house (75 & 87). About $800 later, it was "good as new" according to the tech, and job was confirmed as complete in written invoice. Within a few days it was discovered by homeowner, and admitted by a tech that they had caused damage to plumbing during their previous job, which now causes a leak into the wall. Who knows what kind of water damage has occurred. They are wanting to charge to fix the damage they caused. When told they need to fix at their own expense due to their negligence and shoddy workmanship, the tech left quickly. A higher-up was contacted, but they doubled down and are refusing to correct the issue. I hope they can understand their response as inadequate and resolve matter without any further issue."
