"Everything went as expected; Ariat did a great job. We paid a little more for Ariat but it was worth the extra money. The installer was very neat and cleaned up everything and we would hire them again if or when we need to get a roof done."

"

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"These are the nicest and most honest people you will ever meet. My husband, born and raised here said they are like old vegas used to be. Excellent work, we are so happy with the job they did on our roof. We can't even believe how good our roof looks now. The price was right also, no added unnecessary fees ."

"Nevada Exteriors did a great job from start to finish! They helped me with my homeowners insurance to get a full roof replacement. I had another proposal from another roofer that was twice the estimate and did not include working with my insurance. Great communication with me, the insurance company, their team, and the inspectors. They ran out of shingles and took an extra week to finish, but I’m very happy with the final result. I can highly recommend Nevada Exteriors."

"I found DaBella to be professional in customer service and the roofing work crew. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was professional and took pride in the work they did. They kept me informed, advised of the progress and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. My repairs and new roof installation were done professionally with the highest quality workmanship. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof repaired/replaced. It was truly a pleasure doing business with the professionals at DaBella."

"

I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new.

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment.

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"After the tune up, we contracted A & E to conduct some more substantial repairs to our roof.  This included re-roofing a section of the roof with composite shingles, installing and sealing new flashings and caps, cleaning all debris from the roof valleys and certifying the repairs with a 20 year warranty. Jack Lavin was the estimator and oversaw all repairs,.  He delivered as promised and agreed to in a written contract. I found Jack to be a true many of his word.

"initial estimate was reasonable. From my first contact with Dallas at Source 1 roofing, it has been a painless and pleasant experience. I found the company on Angie’s list. First place I called and I didn’t even call anyone else as he came over immediately. The estimate was very honest and fair. The roof was evaluated and he was able to explain the process in detail and why my roof was leaking. I accepted the quote immediately and then put off scheduling for a few weeks due to the COVID-19, thinking that maybe they would not be working. Dallas contacted me and I set up the appointment that week with the very knowledgeable and helpful Office Manager, Jessica. She kept me updated until the materials were scheduled for delivery and I had my appointment set up. They were ahead of schedule so the work began the day after dropping off the materials. Very pleasant workers showed up, Anthony and Giovanni. Absolutely polite and explained in depth what they were doing, even showing me what the previous people had done that was substandard and caused the leak. They replaced rotted wood and it was very obvious that I was in good hands. The job was extremely thorough, no rush job. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. At the close of the job, they cleaned the whole roof and any left over repair mess; you would have no idea they had just worked on such an extensive repair. I have every confidence that my roof is now in good repair, taking a lot of stress and worry off my plate every time it rains. The night after the completion of the project, it rained pretty hard and, not to my surprise, there were no leaks any more. I would not hesitate to go to this company again when I have roofing needs. If you are like me and read all the reviews and check everything out, you will not be disappointed with this company. I am so impressed. I would vouch for their work ethic, timeliness, and honesty. Being a single woman in a, sometimes not so honest town, I have been rather leary of having home maintenance projects done. I must say, this has totally changed my way of thinking. There really are some honest business people out there who operate with integrity….this would be one of them. ."

"I contacted Rudolph for help with needed repairs to my rental property. We set an appointment and he was exactly on time!!! We went through my list and he gave me a price up front for everything I needed done. His prices were very reasonable. He started the work the next day and completed everything as promised. He even went and helped pickup some paint and air filters that I didn't have. He was always very responsive and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an all around good handyman!"

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.
