"Ariat Roofing just completed the refelting of our entire roof, and we just have to say we’re so impressed with Ariat’s professionalism and work quality! From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat’s proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We’ve experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat!"

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new. 

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment. 

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"After the tune up, we contracted A & E to conduct some more substantial repairs to our roof.  This included re-roofing a section of the roof with composite shingles, installing and sealing new flashings and caps, cleaning all debris from the roof valleys and certifying the repairs with a 20 year warranty. Jack Lavin was the estimator and oversaw all repairs,.  He delivered as promised and agreed to in a written contract. I found Jack to be a true many of his word.

"Rudolf and his 2 workers spent 1 and a half days repairing holes and gouges caused by my husband's power wheel chair scraping along the walls as he was learning how to drive it. The walls were a mess but Rudolf and his crew repaired them to the point you can't tell where the holes and gouges were before. He is always punctual, very polite and respectful and does a great job. And, he cleans up after he is finished."
