This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"He did everything that I could have asked for and then some.  He first checked the entire roof, then he went around the roof fixing loose tiles.  Then in an area where the tiles had fallen off house, he repaired the area which was my main concern.  He also caulked areas that needed it.  I am a retired building inspector and I would use him again if I have any problems.  He knew his business.

"Rudolf and his 2 workers spent 1 and a half days repairing holes and gouges caused by my husband's power wheel chair scraping along the walls as he was learning how to drive it. The walls were a mess but Rudolf and his crew repaired them to the point you can't tell where the holes and gouges were before. He is always punctual, very polite and respectful and does a great job. And, he cleans up after he is finished."

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.
