"Rafael and his crew arrived on time at 7 am, and were done pretty quickly. I would say about 1.5 hours to do our 0.25 acre lot. We had lots of accumulated leaves from the winter and also trimmings. The end result is clean and quite excellent. They did not over-trim, which is a tendency for most services. The oleanders look really nice and not "chopped off," and the same is true for the ornamental grass bushes.They also did front and back patio, entry and walk areas. All trimmings and leaves were carried out. I like my yard again!"

"Was a wonderful experience.  On a Sunday my existing 20+ old Hayward DE filter exploded causing it to break away from all the piping.  Luckily I was home to turn it off before my pool was drained.  So I called my regular pool repair technician from Southwest Pools and left my phone number on his pager because his cell voicemail box was full.  I called Southwest Pools as well and left a message about my situation.  Then I called NPS to find out if they stocked the filter I've had my eyes on for awhile....Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 420.  When speaking with the salesperson he told me they had someone they recommended being their service personnel wouldn't be available for two weeks.  I said okay it could wait believing I would work with my guys who I'd be speaking with on Monday.  Being an impatient American I returned my call to NPS to gather information about their pool service technician, and so I was given Mr. Mario Arnold's information.  I called his cell number, and he answered on a Sunday.  I gave him my story and he told me that he would be at my home on Monday at 6:15AM prior to his first appointment for an estimate. <br /> Sure enough Mario was here at 6:15AM.  Right away I liked him.  He's been getting referrals from NPS for 10+ years.  He didn't blink at the job.  He told me as soon as I figured out how I would be buying the filter he be there to install it.  Later on Monday after buying the filter I scheduled him for Wednesday in the late morning hours as I work all day on Tuesdays.  He called me on Tuesday evening to confirm the appointment. And was at my doorstep on Wednesday at the expected time.  I walked him around the house to the pool equipment area trying to chit chat but could sense Mario was in work mode so I excused myself.  It was about 20 minutes later that he was done!  After that he got me up to speed on the work he had done and what to expect from the filter.  It was a smooth and painless transaction from beginning to the end.   <br /> I will have Mario return for some other minor repairs.  He's now my official Go-to Pool Guy.  Maybe I will decide to replace the pump too.  It's great to have such talent at my fingertips.  Thank you, Mario.  My family's biggest joy in the spring and summer is our pool and spa. <br />"
