"They were not able to start on the day I wanted but were good enough to let me know about the previous job that was running longer than expected the day before.  On the new start day they showed up on time and ready to work.  I had been told that the job would take 2 days and it did.  They wore their booties whenever they were in the house which I thought was a little silly with the other contractors making such a mess but also appreciated as it meant that the plumbers were not contributing to the mess any more than they had to.  They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave us with any trash to get rid of ourselves.  Also two days after the job was done I got a call from their office to ask how things went and see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed.  I really appreciated the follow up. <br />"
