"We selected All Chores No More based on their bid and their professionalism. They power-washed the deck and prepped it on one day. We had to let it dry outfor a few days. Then they came and stained it. We decided to use a two-toned stain with a darker color on the railings and a lighter stain on the floor and steps. This meant that they had to be very careful not to get the two colors mixed. They did a great job with it. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up the work area. <br />"

"Jake and his crew were great! His estimate of the cost to take the wall down (which opened the area up wonderfully!) and do all necessary work was right on. The crew arrived on time the first day of work and completed all demo within a few hours' time. Because of drywall installation, Henry returned each morning for the next 3-4 days to touch up the mudding and smooth the finish as it dried and to spray on the popcorn ceiling where the cabinets had been. That was perfect-you can't tell at all that something was there. On the last day, one of the crew returned to paint the wall where one cabinet had been removed and installed the cabinets in the garage for me. They did an excellent job; everyone was very professional and friendly. I've already gotten an estimate to replace windows in my sunroom later this summer. <br />"

"We had a tree fall onto a portion of our roof during a severe storm.  This happened in the middle of the afternoon and we were not sure what to do.  We called Travis and in thirty minutes or so he was over with a tarp and had already called a tree company to remove the fallen tree!  They immediately covered the damaged section on our roof with a tarp to keep the inside dry and began the clean up on the inside where the tree came through the bedroom ceiling.  They handled all of the interactions with the insurance company very well, even going to bat for us on a few things.  They got right to work repairing the damaged section of the roof and in just a few days new shingles went up.  All of the other repairs went smoothly and they were the upmost professionals when things didn't go quite as planned!  This old house threw a lot at these guys but they showed some amazing problem solving skills and I think that is what we were most impressed with, how they made things happen!  The interior work was spot on and they were able to match the new repairs to the style of the rest of the home.  We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them or have them take on any future project for us! <br />"

"Contract was to replace window glazing on 17 windows, paint the wood siding and window trim, paint exterior doors and stucco chimney above the roof line on our ranch on a walkout basement. The house is brick on 2 sides, wood siding on 2 sides. There were four different colors used (base, window trim, front door, chimney). We have storm windows on all of our windows, so the bid included removing them to do the painting and then re-installing them with new screws. There were also several holes from woodpecker damage and an old dryer vent hole that they repaired. I got five different bids and this one was neither the most expensive or the cheapest. The cheapest bids saved $$ by spraying on the paint and using lower quality paint. JBR brushed all the paint on which results in a thicker coat of paint, and they used Sherwin Williams Duration; most other bids used Sherwin Williams also, but not the Duration paint, which is a higher end SW paint. Brad was also the only one of the five bidders to notice rot above our garage doors during the estimate. He took a lot of care to note everything that would be done. The estimate we received included lots of detail which others did not. The work itself was done very well, no paint on anything it wasn't supposed to be on. Perfect, in my opinion. They also painted part of the foundation that shows on one side of the house. Really, just a superior company to do business with."
