He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

"I requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

A design to stack the dryer on the washer and install closet cabinets with shelving that matched the kitchen cabinets was planned. Handyman Solutions came to get measurements, insure me the design would work and the cabinets were ordered. Upon delivery of the cabinets the project was complete. I now have a very nice and efficient laundry area with additional space for pantry items. <br /> Handyman Solutions was very effective in helping with the design and finding a way to make my plan work.
