So the next time, when they came out to do the other side, I asked for the same guys and they told me they would send them, they didn't, they sent somebody else, but the other guys were just as good."

They had to charge a little extra because they had to tear out all of the metal but we were okay with that because their price overall was the best estimate that we had received. Another reason we decided to go with this company was because they guaranteed to get the whole job done in one day AND we had read other positive reviews. Everyone was super nice and professional. I honestly didn't believe that they could get this job done in a day due to the extra work of having to rip out all of the metal but they did. They actually didn't even take the whole day! They were very respectful of our home and our property and thoroughly covered everything so nothing got dirty. The windows are awesome. When I accidentally popped the window out of it's holder I called and got service right away. They were going to send someone to show me how to fix it and what to do if it happened again but my husband showed me. I called and again to tell them not to come and again got service right away. This company is amazing and if you need a job done well, and want it done quickly, call them!"

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend  Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.
