"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Victor and his crew were great to work with. I had two bathrooms that were separate by a wall remodeled. After they were demolished both bathrooms down to the studs I decided (with input from the crew) to enlarge the master shower by taking space from the other bathroom. The crew is very courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up each night before they left. The bathrooms are beautiful. "We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."
