"I have Rescue Link's Single PC Pack which is an extended warranty for my laptop and also has unlimited tech support.  I use the tech support every month to run a PC tune up and it doesn't cost me any sort of fee or deductible beyond what my monthly charge is.  My laptop is three years old and I purchased this warranty earlier this year.  I recently spilled a soda on my laptop and called to file a claim.  This warranty covers accidental damage for laptops and tablets so I was able to call to file a claim.  They answered the phone and asked a few questions like: what is the serial number of the laptop, what operating system do you use and about how much did you pay for the laptop.  After answering these questions, they told me that my claim was approved and that I would receive a postage paid box within two business days.  I received the box with the materials required to safely ship my laptop.  It was actually kind of funny because they even provided a premeasured length of tape to close the box.  I filled out the paper asking for my password (so that they can get into the computer to make sure that the repairs were completed) and took the box to the UPS drop off site.  Two days later I got a call stating that they received the box and would start repairs.  Three days after that, they called me and told me that they had everything except the keyboard fixed and were just waiting on the new keyboard.  Two days later, I was told that they had the keyboard and would be shipping me my repaired computer and I should receive it in two to three business days.  All said, it only took seven days from the time that they received my computer for me to get it back.  They even cleaned it.  I am very happy with this service. <br />"

He discovered that there was a GFI outlet in another location in my kitchen that had tripped, and that was why the outlet by the refrigerator wasn't working. While he was there he flipped the "problem" outlet around so it was easier to reach (who ever originally installed it obviously had a perverse sense of humor)."

"This was the second time I had used Noble's Appliance Repair for my dryer. In both cases, Allen has been quick to return my call, friendly, and in both cases arrived in a timely fashion. <br /> The first time--which was 2 or 3 years ago now--he completely dissassembled and essentially refurbished the drum section of my dryer, repaired a bad latch, and had the dryer running like new by the time he left. It's been running perfectly ever since. He was also able to provide discounted parts that he salvages from machines that were at the end of their practical lifespans. <br /> This time around, the elbow that connects the dryer exhaust to the flexible hose (which connects to the outside vent) had clogged. The dryer had started to overheat, which caused the thermal fuse to do it's job by melting and cutting power to the dryer. Allen was able to diagnose this quickly, had the necessary part on board, and had me back up and running in about a hour's time after cleaning the elbow and installing a new fuse. <br /> I can highly recommend Noble's Appliance Repair. Allen's service is professional, friendly, and he'll give you an honest assessment of the problem and repair costs. I will absolutely use him again in the future."
