"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "I let out for bid an install on our roof. Four companies responded. I chose Bowen because of the following reasons: 1) References. 2) I looked at a recent job. It was done professionally and the clean up afterward was impeccable. 3) Company was professional, honest. Chief estimator arrived promptly and responded promptly to any calls or appointments we made. 4) Charles deployed 5 Star customer service and dealt in an efficient and direct manner. 5) during the install Charles visited site several times and kept up constant communication with us. 6) His follow up was immediate, especially after it stormed hard in our area. We are tight and rainfree. Bowen's bid was right dab in the middle of the pile of estimates. Yet his bid was user friendly and upfront. Upon completion Charles pointed out every item on the estimate that was installed. No "oops". Landscaping was protected and yard cleaned up professionally. Overall - a Five Star job. I have referred Bowen and Charles to all in my email list at work and with friends."
