"I would like to thank Michael, Lesley, Thomas and Beto...They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it.  It was fairly painless and they were very neat and considerate of our home and our time. <br /> As with most things, detailed planning and getting everything (every last detail) on paper (in your contract) and materials ordered in a timely manner is the key to a smooth job.   <br /> Understand that they are NOT a design service.  They can offer suggestions, but if you are looking for interior design service, you need to seek out that service.   <br /> I was having trouble deciding on all the tile.  Lesley suggested that I go to their tile supplier, Emser Tile.  It made all the difference to have Chris at Emser put the tile look together for me.  The key to tile selection rests on having your vanity cabinet and granite selections already made and bringing those samples with you.  It makes it much easier to put the tile selections into the mix. <br /> They do not do their own cabinet work.  You will be referred to Premium Cabinets to make your cabinet selections.  You will need to pay them separately.  Joy Marble will pick up and install the cabinets.  Premium Cabinets has lots of selections and they are very helpful and interested in helping you achieve your look. <br /> The only glitch, if you can call it that, was in our shower.  We had originally discussed having a large two-tier niche put into the largest wall of our shower.  When Tom and his crew got into the shower work, it dawned on him that that shower wall is actually on an exterior wall, and if you pull out the installation and put in the niche, there is a high probability that in the winter, your soaps and shampoos are going to freeze in there, not to mention how cold your shower will be. <br /> We also needed some minor electrical work and some basic plumbing work done with this job.  Joy Marble supplied the sub contractors for that.  All were extremely professional and their work was good. <br /> I would hire them again, and as soon as I save up some more pennies, I may have them come redo my powder room.  It was a pleasure to work with them. <br />"

"This husband and wife team has extensive experience in doing the restoration of tile.  They don't cut corners, provided a free estimate, and showed up early and worked until the job was competed.  Our floors look better than new. This husband and wife team take the quality of their work extremely serious. They were professional, prepared and protected the areas, and we felt quite safe even if we had to leave our home while they did the work.  I am so pleased I went with this couple instead of a larger company. Tile Grout Restoration promises and guarantees their work, and we highly recommend them. We had white ceramic tile with grout that had eleven years of  "stuff" in them.  They are now looking like new with a beautiful grout color that complements the tile making it look new, clean and fresh. <br />"

"We had Crossroads Granite do our bathroom counters first. They turned out nice, so when we decided to do the kitchen, we got samples and estimates from a couple of companies. I liked the granite from Crossroads and their estimate was so much better then the other companies. We dealt with Ed both times and truly had a good experience both times.
