"Bob the owner is very helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you’re happy and his prices are fair. His 3 main workers, Steve, Oscar and Angel are without a doubt the best craftsmen that I have ever used. They care about the quality there on time and make sure everything is cleaned up at the days end. They put up a ceiling painted my entire house and did an awesome job on a new bathroom. It came out unbelievable. They are also very polite and want you to be satisfied. Bob can always be reached and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. I would surely recommend US home remodeling to everyone you can’t go wrong. They also installed a new floor throughout my entire house. Beautiful work."

"John and his crew did a great job!. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done rain or shine. They re-sided my whole house installed a double hung window, bow window and glass slider. One of the windows were the wrong size and he was able to adapt and install a new header to make it work. Unfortunately John got into a motorcycle accident in the middle of the job but he stilled worked two days latter cutting siding for his crew. Great guy, polite, reasonable and easy to work with. I recommended him to a co-worker and she was happy with the work as well. I would be a reference and recommend him anytime"

"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! The most amazing thing was for someone so professional to have underbid by 30% the next bid and still come and do quality installations.
