John was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He painstakingly examined my home from the basement to the attic (which has no floor!), taking moisture readings and pictures of problem areas. Turns out I have a minor mold area in the basement and one under the kitchen sink from an old leak---none of which requiring a professional mold remediator.
