I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. "Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."

Additionally, Raidex also installed two exterior replacement doors with a minimum of difficulty although one door frame hid some structural issues that were resolved with ingenuity and skill. "Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help.
