"I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner."

"Ralf and Peter provide exceptional plumbing services. They happily and intelligently answered all of my questions and concerns about our sixty year old heating system. Ralf and Peter transformed our heating system and brought all the components up to code. They also did a beautiful job of installing our new water heater. I highly recommend Ralf and Peter of Ralf Maresca Mechanical. Their pricing is reasonable and their work is outstanding."

"There is a $50 fee for on-site quotation which is waived if you hire them to do the job. Juan, the plumber, and his assistant came within one hour and gave a reasonable quote. I accepted it. They replaced about a foot of pipe with a technical they called pressure fit. No soldering was needed. They cleaned up the water after work. The whole process was done in 30 minutes."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"Co. took responsibility for problem following installation of new water heater at no extra cost as workers returned to repair it for two days in a row. Problem may have been an oversight on their part to begin with, while replacing the old water tank, but, nonetheless, they did what was ethically appropriate. They earned my trust."

"Very quick response from Angi posting for replacement of leaking water heater. Knowledgable and great quality work. Very pleased."

"I hired Fred to install a water boiler and a heater furnace in my house. I was impressed by the quality of his work and his professionalism. I will definitely call him again for future projects."
