He quoted $1400 to get the job, then $1400 plus materials with a copy of the Home Depot bill, then $1600 with materials, then found a problem that raised the price to $2200. He tried unsuccessfully to raise the price again when he finished. Cash only, no cards or checks. Vibe was that of a handyman pretending to be a general contractor. Definitely not a qualified tiler."

Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"
