"They were excellent to work with and very pleasant. They took the time to answer all the questions we asked. They completed the project in just 3 days. The quote was reasonable and fell in line with other quotes we had received on the project. They arrived on time and each day they cleaned the area before leaving. We asked for the tile to be laid in a particular pattern and they did an awesome job of laying it, which took skill. If I need the services of a tiler in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"This is a family owned business. Both father (Chris) & son (Gus) showed up on time, were polite and professional. They reviewed the problem, (missing/damaged shower grout) and suggested alternatives. After a brief discussion as to how best to address they went about their business and completed the job in a minimal amount of time. Before they left they made sure that everything was cleaned up and appeared as if they were never there. Their charge was more then reasonable. They were excellent and I would not hesitate hiring them in the future."

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. "Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
