They worked on my house in October, 2020, and installed a beautiful, EcoStar synthetic slate on my house's 6600 square foot roofing area. The workmen were very prompt everyday, showing up to work at 0730. The foreman answered all my questions and was very receptive to any requests. He managed his team in a professional manner and the team worked together overcoming any difficulties. They cleaned the site after they finished each day, and prepared the site for any possible weather situations. The owner of Certified, Inc. visited the work site daily and also answered all the questions. He did not expect any payment until the project was finished and I was satisfied. It was a superb job. Mark helped us with defining the scope of work and suggested both solutions and materials. The price to complete the work was attractive. The work crews arrived at the location when promised and completed the work also as promised. The crews left a clean work site with no damage to other areas of the exterior. The work required a door installation, roof repair, siding installation and aluminum covering of gutter boards and soffits. Seperate crews were provided for each requirement. Excellent workmanship. "Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking. After that, Karl McMichael visited and walked us through the entire process before anything was even agreed to. Then we had a pre-inspection. Zach Matthews showed up on time and measured everything. Later, we decided to re-deck the roof over the garage as well. Karl came back and adjusted everything -- it was all very easy. On the day of the installation, the workers arrived on time.
