"The pull down attic ladder was installed in one day and on the day promised. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum. By the time the job was done, it was cleaned up perfectly and professionally. The plywood was installed so that boxes could be stored and gotten to easily. This job was done to my 100% satisfaction. I also had a basement door that rain water was coming in the basement from under the threshold and had destroyed some wallboard around the door. The rain water had also eroded part of the bottom of the door. The job was done to my satisfaction and was done on time as promised by Landon. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few).
