They were able to to resolve the problem by making some changes to the duct work and adding some different vents into the rooms (at an additional cost, but still affordable). 5 months later and the rooms are much better. "I called because sink was overflowing and backing up into the dishwasher. I wanted to have my old/broken garbage disposal removed and drain pipe rerouted because it was no flowing downward as installed with a garbage disposal in place. The plumber advised removing it and redoing sink pipe to sink would cost more and assured me the draining issue would be fixed. 

Well, $735 later, my sink still backs up. It doesn't look like the water flowing uphill issue was addressed at all. Worst of all, that was an outrageous price for a new garbage disposal. I wouldn't have agreed to the price had I known the sink would still back up.
