"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. But they left quite a big mess all around the house, including paint chips in all our beds, and a large smudge of paint on the brick. We also found a wire that had been either pulled loose or cut. Thankfully, it didn't do anything. But no one told us about this. Would maybe use again but be very explicit about cleaning up and a final inspection."

"I am a property manager for a non-profit that rents single family homes to people with disabilities. Jermie, came to our aid quickly and responded to an emergency situation.  AHS work was very good. They are experienced and gave us a good price.  However, when trying to approve a new project, I asked for more details on the quote to I could figure the cost per square foot for flooring replacement. Jermie was offended by additional questions about his quote. He told me he no longer wanted to do work for our organization and hung up on me.  My co-worker said I was not being harsh or offensive. I was just needing more info to get my boss' approval.  If you are a good people person, maybe you can handle him better than I did.  But it was a very strange response to reasonable questions. I don't know about you, but we ask questions on a 14K bid."

GREAT JOB! Note - Had to schedule a month out - but, you always have to wait for the good ones. Well worth it."
