"I needed some help with dry rot around the windows in my 35 year old house. Most of those who responded to my online inquiry only wanted to sell new windows. At least one wanted to replace perfectly good double picture windows. Home Improvement Masters (HIM) was the first respond to my search inquiry that had a solution which did not require replacing windows that were perfectly good. When I received HIMâ s proposal I was a bit stunned at the level of thoroughness in the proposal and, frankly, the price. I not only had him replace fascia on my screen porch, but he also replaced the porch's ceiling, laid my wood floor,painted the entire house, installed additional gutters and installed new lighting fixtures.
