"Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!"

"Great job, Excelsior arrived earlier than expected after checking to be sure it was OK to come early. When they arrived the immediately went to work removing the old water heater wasting no time. The job was completed within a couple of hours. The work was high quality and the new water heater works well. I checked several other plumbers and his pricing is in line with other plumbers in the area. Netting it down, excelsior does quality work in the time frame promised and at a reasonable price. "Raymond, Jamie and Mitch brought in a horizontal drilling team and replaced the blown out galvanized main water feed from the street meter to the house in 8 hours. 80' of new poly 1" water line all the way into the basement with zero impact to our landscape (see photo). Kudos to the drilling team who tunneled under an old dogwood tree, under a concrete sidewalk and dropped the line right on the mark at the exact depth. If you want the best, call GForce."
