Emergency services offered

"Tina and Jeff are truly some of the nicest people I know. Customer service is first rate. Jeff took our winter blackish green pool to swim ready sparkling clean within 24 hours. Another company had told us we needed a new pump ($2k). We didnâ t, it was clogged he had it cleaned out and running within ten minutes. Then he got busy getting it clear and balanced. Came by every day for a few days to check on it and vacuum it. It just made sense to trust them with the cleaning and maintenance. Iâ m happy to turn this chore over to them!"

Customers say: True professional

"I can't say enough good things about Elkin Ortiz, owner of 911 Pool Rescue. He came to evaluate our green pool when he said he would. He returned on a Saturday and got our pool sparkling clean by changing the sand, cleaning the filter and using the right chemicals. He returned on Sunday to vacuum the dead algae from the bottom of the pool. He is honest, and his rates are fair. We were so impressed with him, that he is now going to provide weekly pool maintenance for us. I highly recommend him!"

FAQs for swimming pool cleaning and maintenance service projects in Johns Island, SC

No. Salt water pools add chlorine to your pool using a sanitation system that produces this chemical. Salt alone does not sanitize a pool.

For pools with no salt, you need to add 30 lbs. of salt for every 1000 gallons of water.

Over-salting your pool won’t damage the pool system, but it will create water that tastes salty. This can also damage metals such as ladders and handrails.
