"STAY FAR AWAY! I should have read the reviews. Very similar siituation. Mike came out to repair our Bosch refrigerator ice maker. He quoted a price for a new ice maker (don't recall price, maybe over $1K). The part that arrived was incorrect so he told us he was working with a company to get the part. This went on for a while. We went back and forth with texts trying to move this project along and get it done. In the end, it was obvious he didn't want to follow through. IMO he figured he would just outlast us and hoped we would go away. He blamed the issue for not receiving the correct parts on the company he was using and so we are out an icemaker and our money. We started this in April 2025, next month will be a year. No concern, blew me off over my last several texts inquiring about this issue and when I finally asked if he planned to reply, there was no apology, no concern and acted as if I was bothering him. Customer service doesn't seem to be his forte. Not recommended. "

"From start to finish, the Lane Thompson folks were on time, polite, professional, and communicative. They took the time to explain the whole process of the furnace installation, provide options, and keep me updated on the process. I would recommend this company, including the head office folks, the owner, the individual crew, and Tina the HVAC expert, to any friend or family member. THANK YOU, FOLKS!!!!"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I was noticing rust along the bottom of my aging water heater. I called Marvin, and he was actually at my house in about 12 minutes. He looked at the heater and suggested some less expensive things to try short of replacing the water heater. I ended up deciding to just replace it. He had the job done quickly at a fair price. It's working great. Thanks, Marvin."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Mr. Pugh had trouble reading the house numbers on the mailboxes, we had to talk him into the driveway… I knew this was not going to be a good visit. Our ice maker and water in the door had quit working. He pulled the fridge out from the wall and said the back should not be warm to the touch…! He pulled a cover off from the PCB. There was a green light on the board, he said this meant ‘big trouble’… but couldn’t say what the trouble was. He would not even look at the ice/water issue, saying the fridge was on its last leg. We paid him $80 for NOTHING! Don’t waste your time and money on this imposter."
