"He is a professional trapper. He is licensed by the Tennessee Wild. His license is TWRA permit 190. What I like was he got rid of the family of skunks. It has a mama and five babies under the house. He doesn’t kill them. He takes them way out in the wood and lets them go. He is a rugged outdoorsman and is not a city slicker. He is kind of disheveled and not necessarily the cleanest man I’ve ever met, but he does his job and does it well."

The 1st technician arrived with no tools and avised me to pour bleach down it.Naturally this didn't work. using my plunger he was not able to unclog the drain, but one of the pipes loosened, and I repaired it myself. He leff, and a 2nd technician arrived who snaked the drain successfully."
