"The porch is absolutely beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments. Flavio was professional and courteous. He completed the porch in such a short time frame. I would absolutely hire him for another project. Very pleased with my new porch!!!!"

"Scott did a great job! He was completely dedicated to job completion and honoring the time estimate. Very good hourly rates, I would highly recommend Scott for your repair needs."

"Dennis was more like a zen interior construction contractor/laborer. He uses an extremely competent crew. Repaired far more than the little box of “work done” above. Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results. Hope I’m lucky enough to find this level of excellence in Buffalo!"

"Very Professional, courteous and hard workers. Pleasant experience. Everything was explained in detail in the written proposal. Our deck was constructed in the time snd cost stated in the proposal. … and it is beautiful . We plan to use Meza Finish Carpentry for future projects…. I’m making a list."

"This was a huge job - the basement is 1400 sq ft and needed a complete rip (it was an old doctorâ s office), new plans were drawn up and they handled everything from start to finish. The work was excellent and they kept to schedule. Really happy with the outcome of the project and would definitely recommend."

"Finally! I had a very stressful and urgent repair- it was horrible getting quotes and the details I hoped for. DaSilva Construction is the way to go. Thoughtful, prompt responses. Good communication, and by far the most professional. I felt secure knowing it would be done appropriately and it was done so efficiently, which was a huge relief. An unexpected change happened during the job but it was communicated very well and quickly and worked out perfectly. Fair, professional, kind- and my front steps are sturdy and beautifully rebuilt. Huge relief for a first-time home owner."

"Jon did an excellent job of transforming our outdated, broken bathroom into one that is in showroom condition. The bathroom required more work and time than anticipated and he was at our house everyday putting it all back together. We will have Jon return to our house for future jobs and we highly recommend him for any project that you are considering. Most importantly, Jon listens to and respects women. If there is a problem he will offer solutions/alternatives."

They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.
