"The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. I found Blue Ladder on our NextDoor site. Trey was incredibly prompt when I reached out to him. He asked me to send him pics of the damage and sent me back a very reasonable quote that explained what work he thought would need need to be done and offered to stop by and confirm his quote in-person. He also sent me pics of his previous siding jobs, as well as his company insurance info. Trey is very personable, friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!"

"We had a 35 year old solarium in great need of repair. The project was complex and difficult, but Wayne had the skills and expertise to replace six large windows and rebuild the solarium. It was a challenging project, and Wayne did an exceptional job. Our "new" solarium adds greatly to the value of our house. Wayne knows windows and doors and he gets five stars from us! Mary Ross"

"Steve did a great job patching and repairing our drywall. He was quick, quiet, and very professional."

"My wife and I have had a few projects done by Dillan and we were very impressed with the quality craftsmanship. It is so refreshing to hire someone who possesses such high standards of professionalism and curtesy. I highly recommend Larry's Legacy Landworks. They consistently do the work that was agreed upon within the agreed timeline."

"Very professional, on time, the repair turned out great."

"We had a few projects that we hired Monte to work on. Monte was very competent, honest and knowledgeable with everything we asked him to do for us. Monte did alot of drywall repair after we moved some lighting and other electrical work which created holes. The ceiling pattern was very hard to match and Monte did a great job. You cannot tell where he patched over the many holes. We had a steel garage door replaced and he did a great job. We had Monte rebuilt a kitchen drawer that was missing. He did a great job and it works fine. We also had an electrical problem, after the electrician we hired messed some things up. Monte figured out what the problem was. The electrical should have known. We had him remove a stinky chicken coop and I was very thankful he agreed to remove it. Monte did a great job and on everything we asked him to do and I am very happy I found a good contractor who can do work for me in Fort Colins. We agreed on a price and there were no surprises, no hidden fees. I will definitely use him again in the future."
