"Several months ago we contracted with Finished Basements Plus (FBP) for a basement remodel. Prior to, we obtained estimates from several contractors. Some estimates were too high & offered little; others were too low with a lot of fee-based extras. We chose FBP because the price was fair, the quote was all inclusive and they used quality materials. Construction started on time as scheduled. Contractors arrived timely, each took time to explain their duty or responsibility in the project and always left the job site neat and clean. We were impressed with each contractor's attention to detail wanting everything to be almost perfect. FBP management team was knowledgeable and experienced. All necessary permits and paperwork were completed and the team wasn't happy until we were 100% satisfied. Owner, Todd Seeds, listened to our wants and desires and committed to a job "well done". We highly recommend Finished Basements Plus to anyone looking for a basement remodel."

"If you need to do a remodeling project in your home THIS is the guy you need to use!! He does ALL the work himself (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc...). He did an AMAZING job and his price was more than reasonable. He is very reliable and he is meticulous with the work he does. He did 2 bathroom remodels in our home which he gutted and started from scratch. They both turned out beautiful (tile, flooring, cabinet install, plumbing, lighting etc..) and he does all the work himself!! He showed up on time everyday and he was a pleasure to have around! My dogs even loved him! He also remodeled our den and installed hardwood floors on our first floor. The work turned out beautiful and we are soo happy! We plan to use him again in the future to remodel our master bath and our basement. He was highly recommended from a few of my husbands co-workers who have also used him for many home remodel projects and were very happy with the quality/price of his work. After using a local "Remodeling Company" for our kitchen a few years back, I can't tell you how happy we were to find Greg of H&B Construction. That company charged us huge prices and the work went on forever!! Wish I would have known about Greg and H&B back then! This guy does it all, is very skilled, does beautiful work, is reliable and honest and his prices are VERY reasonable. "Our projecte was to have a 10' by 11' bedroom remodeled/refreshed. Project addressed the following areas: 1. Repair, as necessary, drywall in the room. 2. Paint the walls & ceiling. 3. Removal of existing carpet. 4. Refinishing of underlying wood floors (original to house). 5. Install base boards and window trim. Ed & Tom performed the work over two weekends. They arrived on time each day worked and cleaned up after themselves upon departure each day. The project was fairly easy, but time consuming. Ed & Tom are great contractors and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future."

As in any remodeling project there were hiccups for delivery of product or product quality but Randy (the owner) was always available to us. He not only was available to discuss but was very willing to work with us on their work schedule and the work to be performed. His crews were very professional and did very good work.
