"The project started in November just as the weather was turning cold. The excavation and removal of the patio was done just prior to the first snowfall as well as the pouring of the footers. The foundation walls and the crawl space floor and access were then completed and the area then backfilled. The outdoor crew worked each day until this was accomplished. The framing was next with the roof tie-in and shingles The new exterior siding was completed along with the gutters and soffit and fascia. It was finally time for the 14 new 3'x4' windows that provides us with a beautiful view from the sun room and office. These were installed in a single day and have been problem free. The rough plumbing and electric were done by Dan's crew and the insulation and dry wall were installed. When the plastering was completed, the electrical work was finalized, the doors were installed along with the flooring. The walls were painted and the fixtures were installed in the powder room and laundry room. A final walk through was conducted to verify that everything was completed per the contract. During this project, the workers were always here when they were scheduled. I never had to call and ask if someone was going to show up. Dan would have progress meetings with me to discuss the project and I would be able to air my concerns. I found these to be very valuable sessions and a way to avoid any misunderstandings. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the end results of this project and have recommended Loebrich Contracting to some of our friends. I have had Dan do other smaller projects for me, and I have been very satisfied with their outcomes."

"From the outset the entire team was very professional and courteous. The owner and his employees are friendly and very accommodating.  They arrived on time and worked with minimal breaks.  They worked 10-hour days Monday-Thursday so they could have Fridays off.  They took their time to do the job right, with no re-dos needed.  Our punch-list items at the end of the job were taken care of promptly.  This wasn't our first major construction project, and bar none Weaver is the best construction firm we've ever worked with. <br /> There were a lot of custom details in our project like a heated bathroom floor, log siding, stone veneer on the front stoop, pocket interior doors, and a round-top entry door.  The crew met every challenge and exceeded our expectations every time.  We can't think of any aspect of the job that we aren't happy with. <br />"
