"Fast friendly service. M-Touqeer and Swarnjit were the technicians that advised me on what my options were on repairs vs. Replacement. Our unit was already 31 years old so it made since to replace it.They had many different units to choose from and price ranges to meet our budget.So that same day they started.They checked the furnace size the ac unit.For compatibility. Ordered parts and supplies and started to remove old unit the same day.Now that's customer service at its best. They next day the technicians were finished with the install and we had heat and ac.What a relief and on budget.I would highly recommend this company .And the two technicians that installed the units.They cleaned up hauled off old equipment wow I was impressed with how professional they were and knowledgeable. "Gary did a thorough of replacing my dead sump pump and removing the back-up sump pump, also dead. He had to reconfigure the discharge pipe since there is no longer the back-up. There was an added charge of $20 for the additional parts, but no added charge for the labor involved. He even examined the third sump pump in the well at the other end of the basement. He pointed out that one was dead too. After watching him replace the main sump pump one, I feel confident enough to replace this one by myself. I would have given Handyman Pros a excellent rating for professionalism, but they did not inform Gary of the amount of water collected near the sump pump. Boots were necessary, but he only had gym shoes. I laid some spare boards that were available to keep his feet dry. Beware: Handyman Pros does not provide sump pumps. They only install what you secure on your own."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They wrongly installed new equipment and refuse to correct it. -------------- Here's the scam: Sell and put in a unit that mostly works, but needs annual repairs due to your incorrect installation. Parts are under warranty, but the service/labor is not, so you'll constantly call them out to work on the issues they created but refuse to actually fix. --------------- Eagle Air was recommended by my home warranty, American Home Shield. They replaced 2 full HVAC systems (furnaces and A/C) in my home. Total cost $15K+ Unbeknownst to me they did not replace the original copper lines. Replacement is standard when putting in a new unit as old lines are prone to leak. Per the installation manuals from the manufacturer, these lines are not the correct size for either of the units. I had an independent, licensed HVAC repair company out to confirm this as well. When this was brought to Eagle's attention, Angie said "We don't know if that's true. People lie about our work all the time." When I spoke to Tony, sent him images in email, he said "Don't worry about it." We scheduled an appointment in 5 days them to come assess the issues. I took off work for the day to wait 10-2p. At 1:25 I called to check in. Angie told me they were not coming. That they had cancelled the visit as I didn't want to pay the $149 travel fee (as these issues were part of their initial install) and that they didn't like the way I treated them. I was also not allowed to speak with Tony. They are refusing further communication and are not accountable for their own work. They knowingly installed this not to manufacture's speculations. This choice creates ongoing problems with the unit. As a customer and not an HVAC tech, I never would have identified this incorrect install without a 3rd party."
