"I cannot recommend Superior Hardwood Floors highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. For my flooring project, they handled both the installation of new hardwood and the refinishing of my existing floors. The results were absolutely stunning—seamlessly blending the new wood with the old, creating a flawless, unified look throughout my home. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and clearly skilled in their craft. They took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The refinishing process brought my old, dull floors back to life, leaving them with a beautiful, rich finish that looks like it belongs in a magazine. George was patient with all my questions, helped me choose the best wood and stain options for my home, and communicated clearly at every step. "

We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.

"Lyle Swan surpassed all expectations. He refinished floors, installed new floors and found and repaired floor and subfloor damage that was not readily apparent. He matched the wood floor color to our lower level vinyl floors for a smooth transition. He also rebuilt our unsafe staircase without charge. He has great integrity, takes initiative, is excellent in his craft and a rare find. Lyle goes the extra mile in his work ethic--a true gem in the trades. We would recommend him in a heartbeat."

"I am a long-time landlord who does most of the maintenance and repair work myself. I was needing hardwood floors finished and tried Angi for the first time. Johanny is the owner of Floorscape Designs and worked with me from beginning to end to get this job done in less than a week. He’s kind and patient and very knowledgeable about hardwood flooring and refinishing. He has a great crew of skilled professionals and I would hire them again!"
