Both he and his foreman readily responded to the rare phone questions that I had(have). All of the debris that was generated during the project was cleaned and disposed of a timely manner. I liked the price he quoted and liked the explanation he gave regarding what he intended to do. He provided me a written estimate with all tasks detailed and estimated that he could start the project within two weeks. He actually was able to begin earlier than that and called me to ask if that would be OK. He completed the porch inside of two days. The work and cleanup was performed exceptionally well.
