Not liking the price of the new systems I went on Angie List and called Clean Water Solutions based upon the high rating. The phone was answered by Rantz and he took the time to patiently and professionally explain my options and his opinions on replacement and repair. We schedule a time to have him look at my water softener system. Rantz arrived on time and after detailed discussion, including him taking the time for him to show me what he felt failed and why it flooded (not the brine tank), it was agreed to rebuild the head of the water softener. He could have easily sold me on a new system, but he didn’t and presented options of repair versus replacement. We followed up with a date to repair, he arrived and rebuilt the system as discussed at the cost indicated. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and honestly. Rantz certainly earned my trust and business."

They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was. "Very well, they were prompt and my father was very pleased. The only thing which could be improved was their receipt. It was very generic. I used the 25.00 Angies list coupon, however I was only told over the phone that they took it off. The labor cost, cost of the light and coupon were not detailed on the receipt, and all it stated was the $158. total cost. The cost was reasonable and I have no issue with that, I would just like to know exactly what I paid for in detail."

"The prices were a little higher than we anticipated but when I checked out other area prices they were actually in the lower end fir our area. Had we to do it over again we might have asked for a day or two to consider what we wanted done. The work was done very quickly, within three days fir the new flue. The office forgot to call to confirm the day and time they were coming back but since we were home it wasn't a problem and we were glad to have them there to complete the job. They were very clean and after they left you wouldn't know anyone had been there. Very friendly as well."
