"He did a great job installed my bathroom vent"

"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"Good overall experience, knowledgeable team. Installed pump and interior basement drainage."

"Nathan and his assistant replaced two outdoor spigots and installed a pressure release valve. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they had done in detail."

"We had finally saved up enough to consider finishing part of our basement. But we knew we had some moisture and mold issues that needed to be taken care of first. Basement Gurus evaluated the situation and provided us a plan of attack. They upgraded our existing French drain system, removed the existing mold, and treated our walls to prevent future issues. Then when it was determined that our project would require an egress to meet our township's building code, they installed that too. The work was extremely high quality and efficient. They were respectful of our home. And when we ran into some minor issues with their finishing contractor, they quickly got involved and got everything working smoothly. Our project rep, Phil, was extremely attentive to our needs and what WE wanted to do, and didn't steer us into something we didn't want. He worked with us on pricing and payments so that we would be comfortable with our finances. Best of all, he constantly called or stopped in throughout the whole process to make sure our questions were answered and that everything was to our satisfaction. We now have the space we've wanted since we moved in nearly 12 years ago. Looking forward to watching the Super Bowl this weekend in my new room!"

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"PA Basement Solutions installed their drainage system in my home in February 2020. The system did what they said it was supposed to do keeping my basement dry all year and more. This week Hurricane Ida visited. Before Solutions was here, an event like Ida would have resulted in at least a foot of water in my basement. On Thursday morning, Ida now out of the area, I went downstairs to see how we did. Dry. Absolutely Dry. My wife told me PA Solutions was the best money we ever spent. I told her she was correct! Thanks Dan!!"

"Rantz and Ben did a great job for us....the new pump and tank have given us real water pressure again. Great company to work with, I recommend them highly."

"Leon provided excellent service. He corrected some things that were installed incorrectly by a previous provider."
