"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

"I got the door in, but it wouldn't work. He showed up and within minutes figured out why and got to work fixing it. Did not even charge me the estimate since he said it took a lot less time and effort. He took the time to explain why it was not working since I was perplexed.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I have noticed some things that are both good and bad. Maybe I am just too picky, but my upstairs bathroom was not completely drywall repaired. Some nailholes were still noticeable, as well as a gouge in the wall that was not repaired. Also, our bedroom paint seems to scratch very easily with the slightest bump. I think the 1st coat was not dry enough before the 2nd coat was applied. Also, get down in writing EXACTLY what you want done so there will be NO question about it. I must say, though, in all honestly, these 3 young men were very hard workers and very well mannered. Overall, they did an above average job."
