At approximately 7:20 AM no one had arrived so I phoned the office to confirm I was scheduled for a house call and detailed the failures to the owner. He said he would check my record and personally appeared at my house about 15 minutes later. Diagnostics indicated a the control card on the cooler was under warranty and would be replaced at no charge and he replaced the central air fan motor with a discount and was done by around 9:00 (it was 108 F that day).
