"The Dickinsons arrived on time and washed and cleaned the concrete floors thoroughly. The floors dried over night and they returned the next morning. We decided on the color and they proceeded with the staining of the floors. They looked beautiful! <br>the only downside that we were not prepared for was the smell of the sealer. We ended up having to stay the night at a hotel as it was too strong to stay at home. "

"The team was flexible with scheduling as I travel a lot for work.  As you can imagine, given the scope of work involved, I wanted to be present as much as possible.  They accomodated as well as they could and had crews working on days that normally didn't, which I certainly appreciated. <br /> The process of watching your house be lifted is nerve racking and very neat all at the same time.  They jack up the house using hydraulic jacks simultaneously, you can literally feel the house moving.  Aside from the roller coaster ride, the team was professional and knew what they were doing.  It is extremely dirty, hard work and these guys earn it.  My house was a disaster zone for a week, but it had to be done. <br /> Now for the not so good:  Once they completed the lift, they leave a couple of the holes exposed around the foundation until the plumber can do the hydrostatic test (to make sure there weren't any pipes broken with the house moving up and down).  They do this to mitigate some of the expense should there be a leak.  Caught a break, no leaks, good news.  Only downside was that no one came back out to fill the left over holes, was actually forgotten about (keep in mind, they have a lot of projects going on so not a huge deal, holes were covered up with plywood).  They immediately sent a crew to patch the remaining holes, which was great.  The downside, I was not there to oversee this portion of the work.  Needless to say, they filled some of the holes with the concrete that was busted up from the backporch/inside foundation.  Thus, there are rocks and big chunks of concrete thrown into holes that were previously filled with only dirt.  Compared to the rest of the work they did, this was really sloppy and almost an afterthought (rush and get it done so they could put their folks back on other jobs). <br /> Overall, I am pleased with the work they did, their guys were professional and busted their butts, only thing is the final patching that disappointed.  I'm not sure how this would compare to other companies, but just make sure you are there to oversee the final steps. <br />"

"Fernando, his son Frankie, and Jeb Kraft (substituting for a vacationing crew member) were excellent. Their experience, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

"The crew (of 4) and my estimator, Josh, showed up at my house precisely when he told me they would (8:00AM). We went around the property to discuss what was being trimmed and they immediately got to work. They moved pots and other things that might have been damaged with limbs falling. They worked from 8:00-3:30 and I was amazed at the clean-up. They even raked leaves that were still laying in my landscape. They were extremely professional, polite, and answered all my questions. I had 2 other neighbors get their trees trimmed and they were very pleased with the results as well. I choose JC’s Trees & More because they were the lowest estimate without knowing I would get a phenomenal service that I will continue to use for years to come. I highly recommend JC’s Trees & More."

"The job went smoothly and professionally. Charles went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right the first time. He first cut out 2 sections of the driveway, then created an appropriate slope so that my car could easily get into the garage without bottoming out. When the cement was being delivered, he realized that there wasn't going to be enough. Instead of compromising the integrity of the job by changing the slope, he went and rented a cement mixer and got the additional concrete himself. The next day, all of the leftover debris was removed. I will be working with him in the future should I need any more work done."
