"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"Possibility of showers on the scheduled day and he said he couldn't do the job if it was raining. Ended up being done the following day, but only after delays returning my calls and postponing the times as well as the day. My house certainly looks cleaner but it's not perfect. He identified some dark areas as stains that can't be washed off. I was able to clean off a little more dirt - especially from the drip edge, along the fashia boards. Perhaps the fear of getting water under the shingles kept him from putting the usual powerful spray on the drip edge. I think the price I paid is fine for the results I got. I don't know if spending twice as much would have given me a significantly cleaner-looking house."

"We called needing a clean super short notice due to someone else canceling. They moved their own schedule around and made it happen. They were thorough and made sure to ask if there was anything specific we needed them to focus on. They took their time and made sure that we were satisfied before they left and even said if we saw anything that we noticed after they left that they would come back and do it no charge. They even installed a doggy door for me I had not been able to find anyone and I asked if they knew anyone who would be able to do sometime soon. They said we can do it today, and they did an awesome job! No mess was left behind from cutting into the door either they made sure everything was cleaned up from the side job. I now use them biweekly and have them mow my yard once a month. If you need someone to for house keeping, side work, or yard work these are the people for you! They are very affordable and easy to work with!"

"Linda and her daughter (? I think) have been providing regular housecleaning for us since mid-2013.  They are flexible when we need to move service dates, and we've worked with them when their schedule needed us to shift.  They had been friendly and professional, and generally do a good job.  We originally had them out twice a month, and had dropped back to monthly.
However, we are discontinuing their service. The regular monthly cleaning had been $108 - but this last time, they informed us that the price was now $162.18 - an increase of 50%.  they also told us this *after* the work had been done.  We paid it - but I was very unhappy with such a steep price hike, so suddenly, with no prior warning.  It's now a bit hard for us to afford them, so we have to drop their service.  I also think it was very unprofessional to let us know the cost was going up by half again, after they'd already done the work - the professional thing would have been to notify us in advance - at the very least, in advance on the day of the scheduled work, but a day or so in advance would have been better.
