I questioned Mr. Johnson about the price since the expensive couplings were not used. Mr. Johnson gave me an arrogant attitude and tone in his voice about his expenses. He did agree to the original estimated price of $530. I did express my feeling that I felt his high price was based on the and quot;crisisand quot; the customer was in and not based on true operating expenses and normal repair prices. Neither Mr. Johnson nor his employee denied this. I will not use Johnson Plumbing again. <br />"

When I told them I had no water, the owner told me he would do his best to get someone out to my property as soon as possible on short notice. I live in the country and they were able to get to me within a few hours. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time with me to see that my well was working properly before leaving. <br /> This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them. I have a water purification system I want to install and I will definitely be using this company again. <br /> If he feels there is something he cannot do or that his company does not do he will not hesitate to let you know. He said he doesn't want to charge any fees to the customer if it's not needed and he knows his company does not do it. I personally appreciate this attitude. <br />"
