"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Fearless and expert roofer. For 8 years I have been dealing with a small leak on a very steep pitched roof that involved flashing under the shingles next to a brick fireplace. Two other roofers couldn't diagnose this leak. A chimney sweep looked at the leak and replaced the chimney's Chace. Tommy came out the very morning I contacted him. Within 1 hour from arriving at my house he pulled up shingles, found the problem, traveled to get parts, fixed the leak, and put the shingles back in place. Wish my builder would have used Tommy and I doubt I would have had this leak in the first place."
