He also replaced a elbow joint because they accidentally broke one (it is something we would not have noticed, but he was honest about it, and I so appreciate honesty). "They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."

"Ellison was responsive (returned my call in 2 days) and very punctual (showed up precisely on time).  He was also very friendly and listened to what work I wanted to have done.  However, he didn't take any measurements or write anything down.  He called me back two days later after the visit and said he would not be able to do my project in the timeframe I needed (3 weeks).  He had a regular other full-time job and would only be able to devote evenings and weekends to my project.  He did offer to refer me to another person, which I declined and went with another contractor. <br />"
