Derrick showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job, made sure it met with my approval and used materials that got my okay with a stain color I okayed. He cleaned up thoroughly. "Over the past 25 years we have had 2 new hot tubs.  Both came from Home Resort, Inc.  The company manufactures it's spas and sells them direct to the consumer.  I still can't believe our hot tub looks and runs great after 16 years!  Our fist tub went with our last home when we sold it since it was built into our deck.. Our new home had an old Jacuzzi spa built into the deck and it was junk, so we bought our second in 1999 from Home Resort, now headquartered in Tescot, Ks.  It was a difficult  location to replace.   Due to the size and weight the company had to bring it to the location with a winch truck.  No extra charge for the truck!  It was installed, deck around it rebuilt and it has been running great since day one.  We have needed to replace the heater just one time over 16 years and have had two new pump motors.  All repairs were done by the company for a very reasonable cost. <br /> They can build and install many different sizes and install however many jets you want, special features, lighting, etc.  I know they have a nice regular fiberglass start up spa for under $2,000.  <br /> My experience with their products and the company has been excellent.  I would highly recommend them if your in need a new replacement or your first hot tub.  We love ours! <br />"

"It went very well thanks to suggestions by Shane and Sam's good work ethic. The cost of replacing the boards (which keep the screens from blowing away) was estimated way too expensive for me. Shane thought that the back side of the boards might look good, and he took one off to see, and it was indeed good. The mission was then to take each board off, clean the back side the seal it, then replace it. Sam's job was to unscrew the deck screws, and remove the boards. My job was to clean and seal the back sides with polyurethane then give them back to Sam to reinstall. We both worked nonstop for 5 1/2 hours. Sam was great, energetic, easy to work with, and understood entirely what need to be done. By me working with Sam the job was completed in 5 1/2 hours instead of maybe 11-14 hours by him alone, and that saved me more than a few bucks. I sent Shane two photos of some of the finished boards in place, as I couldn't upload them here."

"Fox Home was wonderful to work with and proposed creative solutions to many aspects of the work. Chris Fox was extremely patient with my constant questions & graciously considered all my unsolicited 'input'. Provided complete & thorough estimates & brainstormed w me ways to reduce costs. Guided me, but allowed me to make final decisions regarding purchase of fixtures, etc. Responded to and adjusted anything relating to my concerns w the work. ( I am a little disappointed in the quality of he paint job on some of the trim work, but they did their best, I think, to correct the issues without completely starting over on this aspect). Made good or corrected any mistakes or miscalculations made by their subcontractors (I was not pleased w the lighting subcontractor). Obviously committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Total cost (approx 50,000) included custom cabinets and walnut hardwood throughout so could have been considerably less if I had made less expensive demands in that respect. Carefully went over any price adjustments along the way as well as at the end of the project before I paid. Project did take longer than anticipated as is often the case. I would hire Fox Home Innovations again in a skinny minute! 2 1/2 years later we still LOVE our new space!"

"Scott arrived shortly after the start of the time window, he quickly assessed the issue and started working. Quickly, he fixed both toilets and even cleaned up afterwards. There was a little water on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and Scott took the time to retrieve a shop vac and clear the floor. When he was done, he reviewed the repairs and we inspected both toilets to make sure I was happy that the issues had been addressed. Although this is the quality that I have come to expect from D and I (always excellent), it’s always nice when your expectations are met."

"Rob Hernandes came out yesterday to repair counter top, can not believe how great it looks. When co-owner looked it it he was looking at the wrong area, I had to show him were it was repaired. looks like a thin cut mark that you would not see until you know where to look."
