"Extremely satisfied. My GE front loader washing machine stopped working just on specific key cycles. I requested a quote from multiple suppliers along with providing specific details about the machine behavior - I was trying to figure out if this was a setting or filter problem that I could handle or whether I needed a repair person. Matt from R&B Appliance wrote back promptly with his thoughts on what the problem might be and gave me a few suggestions to try on the machine. His suggestions pinpointed the problem situation, and I scheduled a repair appointment for the following week. Before the scheduled day, I was looking over the lower sections of the machine in detail and discovered considerable rust which had not yet caused problems but looked like problems waiting to happen so I decided to replace the machine versus repair. I cancelled the appointment and didn't actually have R&B come out. However, Matt's willingness to text back and forth with me to troubleshoot before scheduling an appointment was very helpful.
