"The salesman sets expectations, 2 days, we were called and this was set for 10am, I agreed...he shows up at 8am...like we have no life, I took 2 days off..at a zoom meeting with clients at 8am...I was a no-show and had to reschedule with no notice, he assumes a lot and redesigns on the fly, cause he knows...I had evening plans for 7pm. Had to send my wife alone. He assumed he could work till he was done, again like we have no life, till 11pm. An expectation not set by salesman. He left wall damage and silicone that I have to clean and repair, cement overspray all over driveway that I know have to reseal driveway..hey but it was done in 1 day, I guess...I would not recommend this company."

The owner listened to what we wanted, then showed us samples of the flooring that matched what we wanted. We found the perfect flooring!! The owner listened to the colors and style we wanted. He certainly worked his magic! The staff was very respectful, and pros in putting down our flooring. After they finished, they put our furniture back in the same place where it was. They cleaned up everything when they left. The price was great, the flooring was better grade than what we had, and the beauty of our new flooring is absolutely wonderful. I will refer Paradise Premeire Flooring to our friends, and anyone who wants beautiful, cost effective flooring!!"

The install phase was managed flawlessly as well. Scott and Bobby did an outstanding job, they were always on time, polite, professional, worked very hard and efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. Scott called every day to keep us up to date on the progress and to coordinate next day's work.
