"Ed was great from start to finish! During the initial consultation, he took the time to explain the entire installation process, what the project would involve, and how the costs were determined based on the specific work my condo patio needed. During the install, he and his team even found a way to work through the pouring rain (despite the area being uncovered) to get the job done within the timeline before the building painting needed to start. The finished tile looks amazing and I am thrilled with how it turned out (see Before and After pictures)! If you’re looking for a floor company that communicates clearly, is honest about pricing, and delivers high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend ECH Flooring!"

"They did a great job installing a new hardwood floor. Work was done in a timely manner and the floor looks great."

"The salesman sets expectations, 2 days, we were called and this was set for 10am, I agreed...he shows up at 8am...like we have no life, I took 2 days off..at a zoom meeting with clients at 8am...I was a no-show and had to reschedule with no notice, he assumes a lot and redesigns on the fly, cause he knows...I had evening plans for 7pm. Had to send my wife alone. He assumed he could work till he was done, again like we have no life, till 11pm. An expectation not set by salesman. He left wall damage and silicone that I have to clean and repair, cement overspray all over driveway that I know have to reseal driveway..hey but it was done in 1 day, I guess...I would not recommend this company."

"Bob and his team are professionals they did a great job! Definitely recommend if you are considering using them."

"Very responsive, did a nice installation and good cleanup job. Will use them again next time I need flooring work."

"Hard worker, did a great job matching the flooring going around kitchen island. Recommended and purchased some accent tile around fire place."

"Four words - I. love. my. floor. If you want work done fast but with quality, these are the people! They are flexible with time and if you need something looked at months later they'll come the next day. This was my first floor installation company I worked with and I 10/10 recommend. Really nice people!!"

"Tomas was excellent and did beautiful work on our tile floor and master shower. Plus he was able to help us with recommendations for cabinets and countertops which not only saved us money but the products turned out gorgeous! Quick, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend TMC!"

"Great work! Because the job was so small we had to purchase flooring and they did the install. Seamless!"

"David, Stessy and Team were great. David was patient, responsive and communicated great with his team and I throughout the process. He gave us lots of options and gave some great advice based on our home's needs and existing features. His team took pride in their craftsmanship and worked hard throughout the process until the very end. David & Stessy both came multiple times to check on the progress throughout the process and were an absolute pleasure to work with on this project. The floors and baseboards came out great, we couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them to others or hire them again if we have another project."
