"Beware of this company all they did with me was lie after lie. It took them two months to do a brick paver patio porch. There work is so unprofessional It looks like a bunch of kids put it together it s ridiculous its an eyesore to myself and my neighbors. Forget the looks of it it is not safe I already had two people fall I also fell walking up I broke a brick right two. So where we stand right now they are harassing me for their money for the final payment I told the so-called owner/he said head manager if you come back and make the job right you will get paid in full he said theres nothing wrong with the job the job is fine . His salesman Sean started harassing me yesterday through text messaging He told me yesterday that he was going to come to my house and Knock the bricks down! Then he text me with the bricks or money your choice. Then he was putting down my home he said its not a home its a trailer. He was calling me white trash trailer trash and then was calling me a loser And scum he stated thats what scum of the earth is and thats what you are. is that the way you treat a customers? is that the way you run a business a so-called business?"

"March, 2025: Requested irrigation specialists from Angi. Selected 3-T Irrigation and Pavers which gave an estimate for a new pump. April 9, Chris installed a new irrigation pump with a 1-year warranty. I paid him 900.00, the agreed upon price. Saturday May 17. The pump is not working.; I text Chris He asks for my address but my phone is off. Saturday, May 17. text him my address Friday, May 23, text my address again Sometime after this, he fixes the pump, but it breaks down again. Tuesday, June 11 he is scheduled to fix the pump, but it rains in the afternoon Friday, June 13 I text to ask if he can come Monday, June 16 He comes out to install a check value & fix the pump. He thinks it might be the check value so he digs to the pipers, but there is no valve. I offer to pay him to install a valve as that seems beyond our original work. Tuesday June 17 I tell him the pump is working. but it is running through several cycles & I had to manually shut it off. He promises to come the next day to fill in the dirt & cover the pipes. Wednesday, June 18, He does not come. Monday, June 23 . He still has not yet come. I text him to tell him that the sprinklers came on, but that they ran from 5:00 to 10:30 when I turned them off. He did not respond, Tuesday, July 1 I text him to tell him I'm not happy that he has not returned to cover the pipes; in fact I'm disappointed since he was referred by Angi. Monday, July 6 I send him a picture with the dug up backyard, and ask him to fill in the dirt. He did not respond. Wednesday, June 9. I text him to tell him that the pump has stopped again. Maybe we should get a new pump since it is still under warranty. I am awaiting his response."

Picking out the color palette and the various materials for the kitchen was a breeze with her guidance. Looking at the result, we would not change a thing. We were impressed with the S&W planning process where no detail was overlooked. A great deal of attention was given to planning, which we believe is a large part of the success of the project. S&W provided us with full documentation, including all of our decisions, plans and diagrams for the crew, and the sequence of events that would take place over the course of the project. The project stayed on track with only minor delays, resulting in a fully functioning kitchen by the promised end date. Our project manager, Dale Thomas, is highly skilled at managing a project. Not only did he keep the project moving, he used exemplary problem solving skills to resolve issues that came up along the way. He elicited excellence from his crew, trade contractors and vendors. Observing him in action, we came to trust that we were in good hands with Dale and crew. Friends had warned us that a kitchen redo of this magnitude would be a horrible experience. But S&W made it as painless as possible. Before tearing down the kitchen, they moved our refrigerator to the dining room so that we could set up a temporary kitchen to use during construction. They were thoughtful of our comfort throughout the process, keeping disruption to a minimum. The crew was friendly and considerate. They cleaned up at each step of the process and hauled away multiple trailers full of debris. They hooked up our washer and dryer early on to allow us to do laundry at home as soon as possible. Long story short, the experience was far less disruptive than we expected. In a word, S&W stands for excellence. We are glad we went with them and would definitely use S&W again in the future."
