"John Oros at Berg has been very easy and helpful to work with. We had windows installed 5-7 years ago (Midway vinyl). Cost was very competitive, scheduling and installation was smooth and professional. Recently, we had an issue with hardware on one of the windows and a sliding screen door. John contacted the rep for Midway and he was out within a day. Both were fixed on the same visit with no charge for labor. I would STRONGLY recommend both if looking for windows."

"I had storm damage on my roof that had caused my ceiling to collapse in places. After reviewing different companies I chose three and filled out online submissions for quotes. Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings. He took photographs and covered everything with me. The next day Tom sent me some of the photos saying it looked like a great opportunity for homeowners insurance to cover some of the damage. I had not even considered that. Tom walked me through the insurance claim and also dealing with the insurance company which was not always easy. In the end insurance covered practically everything. The work was flawless by the crews who worked on my house. New roof, new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters. My house completely transformed. Bob the Builder is Amazing!"

"had some siding loose above my lower roof, mitch came out and fixed it and then while he was up there caulked and sealed my chimney , did good work, would recommend"

"Village Construction performed an apron repair on my siding that was non-standard with the highest integrity and quality. We then asked them to replace our shingle and flat roof due ro past wind and hail damage. They worked with our insurance adjuster to get a fair replacement value, did the work as prescribed, and exceeded our expectations. I recommend them."

"i had jorge come in to reinstill some drywall and lay down some flooring - both tile and vinyl - that had to be replaced due to water damage. He was responsive, thorough and did really good work in a quick amount of time. I would definitely use him again."

"Stan's is AWESOME. They kept me informed every step of the project. They were just a pleasure to work with. They paid attention to every detail including the tricky siding where the flat roof met up with the siding. They removed siding to make sure the flat roof material went far enough up the side of the house to ensure that water could not get in. They replaced the siding perfectly. The estimator, the project manager, the crew foreman and the crew we very nice people who understood roofing. A great combination of talent and personality."

"The company was very responsive and arrived on time. They provided a very reasonable estimate that was in line with the Angie cost estimate tool. They repaired our siding and their work has continued to hold up to the Chicago winds."

"Mike also repaired/replaced and painted rotting wood, replaced a light fixture, and fixed a door lock to work in a house that’s settling. I found him very knowledgeable, efficient, competent, excellent at listening to my concerns and explaining options clearly. It was very easy to coordinate plans and timing. He was reasonably priced. He’s also a pleasant guy! I was very, very pleased and impressed by the experience and the results."

"Very efficient! Had my roof replaced in a day."

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."
