"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. "A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
