I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. "It did not go well. The plumber showed up promptly - with quarter-turn shut-off valves. I needed multi-turn shut-off valves. He looked at the toilet and said I needed a new one. He called two different plumbing supply companies for me to get information about a new toilet. Then we rescheduled the appointment. I bought the toilet and brought it home. The day of the second appointment, a different plumber from the same company showed up. He also had quarter-turn shut-off valves, instead of the multi-turn valves that I needed, so he left for around an hour or more to buy the valves that I needed. In the interim, the head maintenance guy from my apartment building showed up to check on me. I told him what was happening. He told me that I didn't need a new toilet, that the company would supply new innards, but I needed a plumber to change out the old parts for the new parts. Then the plumber returned and changed out the old valves for the new valves. By the time he was finished doing that, the water shut-down time was almost elapsed (Thursdays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm), and I really wasn't feeling well. I told him I would reschedule, and he left. I never called the company back."
